It's always good to see someone not kipping the whole way up. There is a little kip, but nothing close to most videos. Good job.
I have only ever done 2 in a row. No kip, my coach yells at me if I do, =O.

They are hard! This was my 3 or 4 time doing the Sunday Buddies Workout and it is the most I was ever able to do! My first two time out there I was not able to do any. Last time just 1 or 2! And now I am up to 5! That is pretty good! Tony does 10 or 11!

well I can tell you must work pretty hard, you have a lot of strength, those look really difficult to do

Ur on your way girl! Pull-Ups without the chair is first (which U are doing) Then Muscle Ups on a bar, Then try the rings! It takes just as much form as Strength!
