if you look at it and pause it right when he passes the puck and watch how far across the ice the guy from quad city has to come to make the hit, and how the elbow follows through, no penalty was called on this, the least that should have been called was contact to the head. Our guy from Grand Rapids has a broken jaw in 2 places, while wearing a full cage....come on don't tell me it was a legit clean hit

Ask your coach. It has been reviewed and thrown out. I don't want you to think that I do not feel bad about your team mate, I do. I have officiated for 15 years and this is not a bad hit. There are things that you key on when watching hits, and I tried to explain that you need to watch the angle and postion of his shoulder. His arm is completely under him, there is no way he could get his elbow up that high. The only thing you can hang your hat on is it may have been a touch late, to close

First off if you actually slow it down you can see his arm extended out so there is no way that he hit him with his elbow. Also it was reviewed by the head offical of the cshl as a clean hit.
