Severe Thunderstorm August 14, 2008

On August 14, 2008 Lindenhurst, NY was struck by two severe thunderstorms during the evening. The storms produced wind damage and hail up to the size of half-dollar coins in the northern half of Lindenhurst. I was south of most of the action, so I was able to capture this beast on camera from a distance.
