The American Heart Association's Rochester, NY Division coordinated a CPR Flash Mob at Marketplace Mall. The event took place to commemorate CPR/AED Awareness Week, and to draw attention to the CPR in Schools bill. CPR significantly increases the survival rate of sudden cardiac arrest victims. but only one-third of SCA victims received bystander CPR. It's easy to learn, and it can save a life. www.shopcpranytime.org

Love the idea of combining HO-CPR with the Flash Mob trend;
however, why are some people doing the compressions while
kneeling where the victim's legs would be? Hmmmm.... =I

The timing was terrible? I think you are missing the point..... How many people die because no one even ATTEMPTED CPR??? Even kids die ,maybe even you? If even one person remembers this video and the "beat" and trys CPR? Who knows? I say great job to everyone who particiapated!

Great way to show how anyone-even kids- can perform CPR.

This is great! Flash mob with a purpose! Thanks for raising awareness about CPR! My co-worker's little brother was saved by CPR. Thank God people who were nearby him when he collapsed knew CPR.
