Demo of a workout first posted in August of 2003. This workout later morphed into a slightly less technical version that Crossfit now calls "The Bear". I'm calling this original version the "Super Bear", suited for those with intermediate or better O-lifting skills. For most folks the overhead squats/snatch balance will be the limiting factor for load but even with relatively light weights it gets the heart rate up real quick.
Cool to see the snatch balance added into a complex. Nice work.
