Why the hell would you stay at a KOA in San Diego? There's plenty of REAL camping in the national forests and beach camping up on the I-5. That KOA is only good for those leftover rich baby boomers in their RV's traveling the U.S. while the lost generation gets screwed.

Yeah, I thought about that...then I figured it might not be necessary to explain...that maybe it was evident that "KOA" and the "K" is a different way to camp. I don't disagree with your #2 point...I love being out in the wilderness when I camp, however sometimes it's nice to have the convenience of a warm shower and other amenities...maybe after camping for a long duration. KOA offers different strokes for different folks. :-) Thanks for stopping by and posting the comment...appreciate it.
