So, did none of you guys actually watch the video? ONE OF HER FRIEND'S LOST AN OVARY. Really, when you get to the point that BODY PARTS MUST BE REMOVED, it's no longer an issue of religious belief, it's giving someone the medical care they need so they literally don't have to have invasive surgery.

You've got it completely backwards. The church isn't dictating to the insurance company how they may conduct their affairs with other entities. The church is choosing which insurance options they will or won't pay for and then offering that insurance plan to their students. If the students don't like it, they can get insurance from somewhere else. What you're suggesting is that the government dictate to the church that they purchase an insurance option that conflicts with their beliefs.

No wonder she's 29 and still in school....get a life instead of screwing yourself to death! Maybe her degree will be in screwing! I wonder what her thesis will look like....

Poor Sandra, she and her ilk are banging so much that they're going broke trying to pay for all the contraceptives. I guess we patriotic Americans will just have to step up and foot this bill, too.

(continued) Given the ramifications of this ridiculous opinion (which she would love to ramrod down our throats) I'm not particularly interested in what she has to say.

(continued) As a man, I cannot purchase a policy that does not include coverage for prostate cancer. I'm 25 years old, with healthy testosterone levels, yet I have to pay extra for coverage of a disorder I'm not particularly worried about at this point in my life. Fluke's ideas regarding health insurance mandates will only increase the cost of health care and hurt us as a nation.

Finally, Sandra Fluke has argued that insurance providers be forced to cover sex-change operations (continued)

First off, the birth control is not what Fluke's friend needed. She needed the hormones that happened to be in the birth control. That's like saying "I need Tylenol PM because I can't sleep." You don't need the painkiller, you need the sleep medication it comes with that can also be found elsewhere without add-ons.

Second, the abuse of government authority to force Insurance Providers to include items in all their policies is one major reason health insurance is so expensive (continued)

I know you disagree, but I don't find human life that valuable that we should care about it before being able to live outside the maternal body. Its a living being, but not one that should be considered to have rights. It is only potential. No fetus has a right to life. It hasn't fought for its life by being born yet.
