What Happens When Good Email Marketing Goes Bad? Lost Sales

I love make-up and have for years. For those of you that know my background, before I started doing web design I was doing hair and face design. Well, they call it cosmetology.

Anyway, I love these make-up brushes from Sigma Makeup. The quality is amazing and the pricing is excellent. I signed up for their mailing list so I could get all the latest updates.

In my opinion, they should fire whoever is sending out their emails.


They were SO close to getting my money, yet they failed.

In the last two weeks Sigma Makeup has sent me 3 emails that contained 3 fatal errors. Not only did they lose all 3 sales from me but, how many others on their list as well?

By the way, before I go through all this I will say again:

I LOVE Sigma Makeup! I LOVE THEIR WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS!! I just don't like their emails because they get me all excited and then let me down over and over again :(
