the three section staff has never made much sense to me, i mean i havent studied anything that uses it, but it just seems overcomplicated...

@stoner4010 Lift? as in go to the gym for the purpose of building very large muscles? Sorry but this is the real world and not hollywood. Large muscles only impair a real fighter, you will need more oxygen to move them and a fighter without a WWE build will generally move much faster than one with.
Strength is good but there is a reason why Chinese, Japanese, Thai and etc.. do not have huge muscles like it appears you think they do or should.
