Damon ღ Elena [AU] || "Welcome to Mystic Falls..." (part 2)

Part two, hope you'll like it!! ;)

PLOT:
Damon compelled Grayson and Miranda Gilbert to adopt Elena as their daughter and then leave with his brother Stefan and their friend Caroline.

Ten years later, 17-years-old Elena Gilbert live with her brother Jeremy and their aunt Jenna in Mystic Falls, after their parents death in a car accident. No matter the loss, Elena's life is happy with her friends Bonnie and Tyler and Jenna's new boyfriend Alaric, who is also Elena's teacher.

What everyone ignores is that Elena has a double life: with Alaric she hunts supernatural creatures on behalf of the Council, a group of people who wants to protect humans from vampires, werewolves, etc... (I know it's a banal idea but I couldn't wait to use Nina's clips from "Never Cry a werewolf"!! xD xD)

This double identity causes many problems especially with Jenna who has no idea where her niece spends her nights, but life goes on until one night Elena has a car accident. When she wakes up in the hospital, everyone has no idea how she survives and escapes from her car...

Few clarifications:
- Elena knows to have been adopted but she never tried to find her biological parents: she doesn't know they are dead, she remembers to have been in an orphanage since she was born;

- Elena doesn't remember clearly the bros' and Caroline's faces, she has just some just feelings about them, like in a dream;

- Elena discovered about supernatural creatures by accident and Alaric saw potential in her to be a slayer

Elena: "Do you feel like you've forgotten something really important? Do you feel like there's a great big thing in your head and you feel like you should remember it, but you can't? When I woke up in the hospital, nobody could figure out how I got out of the car"

Caroline: "Did you find her?"
Damon: "Sure!"
Stefan: "It's Elena"
