@Jesse LaFlair: I started last week with parkour and i found your tutorials. I downloaded all of them. U're GREAT. BEST AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR. The best freerunners i have ever seen are Damien Walters and You. So tell me how many bones you broke with Parkour. :P

@personthewat precision jumps and rolls, basic vaults (kong, lazy, speed, safety, dash, reverse.) then start playing with them and add things together. kong precisions, kash vaults, speed to safety, just have fun and see what you can come up with. it's the best way to teach yourself.
