Heres what I was doing last nite, lol. I think its more of be being a little scared that Im going to pull a muscle than anything else. Im sure I can do it with no problem..it being more strenuous moves, but I think im going to work my way there. For the past week or so Ive been doing a spin or two here and there a few times a day so at least Im doing something before I try to do a whole dance...so enjoy it everyone!!!!!!

Nice job on the dance! You are so graceful. I just got my spinning pole up and working 6 days ago. It was like going from a 2 wheeler to a unicycle! I try something new on it a little at a time and I am getting it. I would be more aggressive if it were not for this flu that has been kicking my ass over the past 5 days!

I just really enjoyed watching you dance with the pole. You have graceful turns and turnout transitions. Your steps up onto the pole are smooth and seamless--as if you are stepping into the air. Liked the open V spin at :24 . You had nice control ofyour speed in spinny mode with the 1:01 sequence. My favorite move of this video was the rockstar spin at about 4:10 . You're looking fit and in great form!
