Good Album. When you go from black leather to very colorful, maybe fans were turned off??! Don't know for sure. I was only 11 when this album was released. It was a drastic change. They got smart a couple years later with Creatures. No Ace on the record, but still badass.

Tomorrow should have been the single off this record, a new wave rocker number....this really is a cool record to listen to, lighter rock like Toto or REO Speedwagon.

Although heavily criticized by many, ONE OF MY FAVORITE KISS ALBUMS EVER. "Unmasked" is a rock-meets-pop jewel!

This album is the same as HITS-Top 40 pop rock but Unmasked is a lot better and classic. 1 of my top 10 KISS albums
