In this video I talk about the common myths about lower the lower abdominals. One of my biggest peeves are exercises that "promote lower ab" definition. The best thing you can do to get more definition in your "lower' abs is to minimize the layers of fat that cover them. From an anatomical sense the 'lower" abs that everyone refers to should be called the "deeper' abs.
