u cant actually u have to keep it up to date every month or 3 months or every 6 months depending on what pass u get

i have a ipod touch and its giving me a headache!

This does seem really good, but I'd still rather have an iPod touch simply because I know its from Apple and therefore I know its going to be a quality player.
Also the Zune is really fat and doesn't seem to be as polished as the iPod.

And another reason to go for the iPod is all the amazing apps you can get.
