No Shields can pretty much be considered a ''Handicap'' for starting players.

1-shot to the head with a Pistol in No Shields, and you die. Easy to do.

If you're really planning on getting better, I'd consider to start playing Shields more.

Since you have a Shield over your Health Bars in ''Shields'', You then get a chance to work out strategies much better since you aren't dying every split second from some random AR sprayer.

So pretty much..If you like HPC and want to get good, play shields
