None of the guys in the sport today could even tough Tiger in terms of fighting and overall toughness. He was an awesome checker as well.

I don't know why, but Dave's always seem to be people who get in trouble all the time, either in fighting, drugs, heavy drinking or other unhealthy things.

This is the fight....look at about 2:52 of the clip, and you'll see a mark on Schultz's lower left cheek, near the jaw line.

I don't recall them ever fighting again. This is the only instance I know of that these two fought.

schultz was a great fighter because he threw body shots lke a pro boxer.

Ballard was a real piece of shit. But the good thing was this is the era when the players finally figured out that the fans were buying the tickets to see them,not Ballard in his pill box window with Clancy. Ballard and all Leaf owners have had it too easy forever,every game has been sold out since the begining of time.The only way The Leafs will win a Cup is because we desire it,not because of neccesity.

Ballard and Clancy lol. Youre cracking me up dude. Clancy was Ballard's asswipe for years. And both were the biggest bitches in Canada for over 3 decades. Dont feel bad about the Leafs. Im a Habs fan and I dont see any desire either. Its ALL about money these days. And unless you have a true superstar like Zetterberg or Crosby you dont have much chance at succeeding in this pool of sharks thats known as the NHL.
