Judith Shamian got her Masters from New York University and her PhD from an Ohio University....does this make HER education sub standard????? So, if not, why would an American based exam be considered substandard or not relevent to Canadian Nursing? Just curious....

I have written both exams, and they are not all that different now anyway. I also worked there but came back to Canada.......
