This is a followup to http://www.wsoctv.com/news/28423630/detail.html. It's obvious that it took longer to resolve this issue than we expected but I do believe that TWC is putting processes in place to make sure incidents like this don't happen on multiple levels. If you have any issues with Time Warner Cable, please call their customer service number and ask for resolution. If reasonable, they'll definitely assist you in resolving any issues.
