I think his outfit is Chinese influenced, though he is a Japanese actor, singer Mituhiro Oikawa. He has very attractive "cat-eyes" and many Japanese women love his unisex -- like quality. (He sounds straight man though) His style is always theatric wearing opera like costume. Kind of funny... but many Japanese women seriously adore him.
