Most upper class white people with college level education understand cultural variance. Most don't eat dog meat but don't condemn the practice. They respect other cultures.
These harsh comments here in youtube calling dog eaters savage barbaric etc,. comes from Asian Americans who are embarrassed of their parent's culture, some from Fanatical activists like PETA and some from the low lives white trash who doesn't have enough brains and education to grasp the concept of Cultural variance.
