Can anyone please tell me if there is a difference in performance between the external usb adapter and the pci-e version? Wondering if there would be a difference in response time or channel changing speed. thx
@Aqxea: performance is the same, The products use the same underlying technology, the only difference is how they connect to the PC (PCIe vs. USB). We do recommend that, if you choose the USB model, you connect it directly to a USB port on your PC and not through a USB hub.
@Aqxea I'm wondering this too. Obviously, USB is a lot slower than PCIe, so I'd think it would be at least be slightly slower. I haven't been able to find anyone to say.
