It's the same. Playful Kiss/Mischievous Kiss and It Started With A Kiss/They Kiss Again are supposed to be the same.. but different. The storyline is based off the anime/manga Itazura Na Kiss.

I hate hearing comparisons but in my opinion, ISWAK for the win. Playful Kiss only looks better because it's more current while this came out in 2006 so of course, the fashion and all is different. Oh Ha Ni is super cute in Playful Kiss but THIS couple is great. He's cold but at the same time, you can see him softening up while Baek Seung Jo is cold cold and then automatically not. There's chemistry with this couple! (=
