    Dieta. zavisi vo koja staza na treniranje si. 7-8 obroci na den, minimum 4000 kalori, 200 grama protein na den. Ovie kolicini isto mnogu zavisat od tvojata tezina. dietata se podesuva za sekoj razlicno, prema tezina.

    Na primer ako teziz 200 lb (paunti neznam so kila) togas: protein = 200*1.5 = 300grama na den.

    80% od bodybuilding e dietata, a 20% e vezjbanjeto. Iako se ednakvo vazni (50/50)

  • Najtesko (dosadno) e jadenjeto. Obroci na sekoi 2 saata, i nesmees da jades ona sto ne ti e vo dietniot plan. Alchohol = 0 do 2 pialoci mesecno.

    Ovoj primerok a 12-18 nedeli pred competicia.

    Posle competicija se menuva dietata. Ne e mnogu strictna i mozes skoro se da jades, ama samo vo odredeni colicini. Dietata za bodybuilding e mnogu complicirana i e mnogu vazna.
