hey i play trumpet and i am a sophomore in high school. I was wondering what excersizes you do to play those high notes???

Lip slurs and long tones.

It's also mental. It takes a looong time to develop your range and the first step is believing you can do it. When I was your age I could play up to about an E above the staff. By my senior year I got up to the G. It was even longer before I could hit the double C (and that is still hard if I'm not practicing a lot).

If you really want to improve, find a good private teacher so you don't develop any bad habits. I hope that helps!
