Thanks to your videos, Marcus, I now use coconut oil for cooking. I'm currently getting very delicious California artisan olive oil for 'raw' consumption from the bulk container at Main Street Farm in Livingston Manor. I bring in my olive oil "growler" for refills. :D Good to hear on this video that sunflower oil stands up to cooking. I've recently discovered Middle Eastern and Moroccan dishes that use sunflower oil - yum! I hoped it was okay to cook with it.
