Choreography for Northern Plains Ballet, Bismarck, ND, February 2009. Music "Eternal" by Evanescence and "Dread Rock" by Paul Oakenfold. the title refers to ocean currents, the Jet Stream, electricity and the term weathercasters use for the current conditions. The idea is the rise of industry and technology, how it is destroying the planet and can destroy us, and how we need to work together to overcome it all. Its not that technology is bad (I love my cell phone and car I drive a hybrid), but that unchecked, it is creating havoc.
