@NMTruthTeller You tell me---there will be more influence of the aloe and the antioxidant and nutrient properties---but then it can potentially increase the uptake deeper into the colon as well
so use and explore---this is making it better eh
so whatever your results share

Hi Tony. I honor and respect you and the shifts you are creating for people. Thank You!
I fermented my papaya, turmeric and cinammon for 10 days and blended it with aloe vera juice. The mixture is more like a puree than liquid. I have been adding the mixture to my homemade vegatable juices and it fine, any additional benefits to adding more aloe vera juice?

if antioxidants help , could i use balsamic vinegar and use the solution as a salad dressing ..or drink as it is ..
would vinegar be a good replacement... i dont have access to the other products you mentioned
Tony, are there any more Fruits you can get the SOD out like you did with the Papaya. I read somewhere that Melon is suitable for this too, just curious ;-)

@tester5495 Hi -Barley Grass contains a component that is very similar to SOD.
Fruit--Cantaloupe contains SOD.--Herbs--Aloe vera contains SOD (both Mn-SOD and Cu-Zn forms of SOD).-- Goji Berries-Ashwagandha may stimulate the production and activity of Superoxide Dismutase.-Brahmi may increase the activity of Catalase in various regions of the Brain.-

@tester5495 Ginkgo biloba (orally or applied topically ) may stimulate the endogenous production of SOD.-Indian Gooseberry may increase SOD levels-Korean Ginseng may stimulate the production of (Mitochondrial) SOD (due to the Ginsenoside Rb2 content of Korean Ginseng).-Milk Thistle increase the activity of SOD (due to the Silymarin content of Milk Thistle).Green Tea increase the activity of SOD.--Parsley may stimulate the activity of SOD (due to the Apigenin content of Parsley).--

Thanks, I'm going to try it and see what happens.

@miagreek give it a go and see what you can come up with
make it better while you're at it and then share what you did

I'm surprised that you used the natural bacteria from the air to ferment the papaya (not that there's anything wrong with that) and didn't lacto-ferment it using whey. Any idea if fermentation with whey doesn't bring out the same nutritional effect? (I have made many batches of lacto-fermented papaya chutney somewhat following the recipe in Sally Fallon's Nourishing Traditions book.

@miagreek Like I always tell everyone this is just one way---not the only way and that to make them and make them better and share the health---as far as the whey--or lacto---it should bring out the SOD levels higher---the ferment that is used will bring out whatever property that it will and may bring out more or less or something else
