And the prime Norse God was Odin/Wotan, not Thor (which was his son); and Odin was most likely a Teutonic chieftan who lived in the Caucasus area, much closer to Israel than Scandinavia. His decendants who worshipped their forefathers brought their religion with them when they eventually immigrated to Scandinavia.

And i can add, for people who say Norway is a christian country, in theory yes, but in reality no, we are a atheist country.

Only 32% of our population belive in god/gods, and 10% of those are immigrants.

And the amount of christians decrease all the time, most of the christians in Norway are old people, i dont know any young person that is a christian.

However, 45% of the population belive in spirits/ghosts. Which is quite interesting.

You find the same numbers in denmark,sweden and iceland.
