  • This principal is a real jerkwad; he says that if they leave again during school, they can't drive during their senior year. That's a bunch of crap; he can't do that. You know, if he did revoke that driving priviledge, they could still drive and just park down the street from school. Remember, there's more than one way to skin a cat, even if it pisses him off.

  • Haha. 'we went to get cwofee!" love their accents

  • If you're going to drink something before school, make it a screwdriver, a double. It will get you through the day!

  • @Lucailey In a world where teenagers are tempted by poor choices around every corner, they need to be taught and groomed as to how to handle free will. Limiting them does not allow that - I support schools with open campuses. I'm not saying they deserved NO punishment as they did break a school rule, but I think a written warning or a simple detention would have sufficed. To explain on a college application that one received an in school SUSPENSION for that? No. That's just abuse of power.

  • @Lucailey First of all, it's "responsibility." Secondly, if I needed my child home from school and the school could not locate my child, I would call my child's cell phone and he would have to answer to ME regarding why he left the school. I understand that schools that don't have open campus policies think that they're doing everyone a favor, but they're really just taking away a burden of responsible parenting from adults and responsible living from teenagers.

  • @carwrtr1 safety issues man, the school could sued, there could be insurance issues, all kinds of crap. extreme problems sometimes need those kind of answers. i mean what would you have done?

  • @dramawench579 The ISS isn't about the coffee. It is about the fact that he didn't know where those students were and at that time they were his responcibility. Immagine being a parent and calling the school for one reason or another needing your child at home for some reason, or wondering why your kid didn't come home. How would you feel if the no one in the school knew where your child was? The rules are for safety and by leaving the girls were being unsafe.

  • @carwrtr1 I think he did a nice job putting fear into their hearts, they probably wouldn't risk it.

  • i like how they try to smart mouth him in the beginning but he has evidence lol

  • @vijay20 i meant to say that their parents would be hounding the school for their daughter's mistake.. so we're all on the same page.
