"Coke can cars" try again. Cars are 100 times safer today with their lightweight materials and crumple zones than when they were all-steel body-on-frame boat anchors. Side airbags, stability control, ABS... etc. have made motoring infinitely safer. Unfortunately, the majority of the people on the road still can't drive.
