Linda and Patrick aged the best out of all of them, didn't they? Charlene and Ken and Ken look ok (though Ken looks like he puffed up). Larry looks ok, all things considered. But poor Victoria. What the hell?
And who was the letter Booby reading from? I couldn't get the name...

he is dead 30 years now april 1981

The death of Jock Ewing not only changed DALLAS forever, but KNOTS LANDING, too.
-
I wonder how the show would had evolved had Jim Davis not died.

@NMguy70 The portrait was so good and realistic, it was impossible to forget his prominence.

Jim Davis - and Jock Ewing - two of the GREATEST men ever! Dallas lost something when Jim passed and it was never the same (though still quite good!). Jock built an empire - a company worth $2 billion - left to those he loved the most - to Ellie Southworth Ewing (10%), John Ross (JR) Ewing, Jr. (35%); Bobby James Ewing (35%); Garrison (Gary) Southworth Ewing (10%); & Ray Krebbs Ewing (10%). His 4 sons each left $10 million, with $50 million, Southfork & vast buiness/land holdings to Ellie.

Fact: Jim Davis and Victoria Principal were very close because she beared a strong resemblance to his only Child/Daughter who died in a terrible car accident yrs before. When he was buried in his wallet were a picture if Jim's daughter and a picture Of Victoria Principal. I cant imagine working with such a great actor and with a great actress like Barbara Bel Geddes! I love the Ewing family. Never got tired of them. The Carringtons were a joke! LMAO

I am very happy Victoria Principal came back for this reunion. Almost like Bobby and Pam were back on Southfork for good. I wonder if Ted Shackleford and Joan Van Ark laughed that even when it came to a reunion show for Dallas that Gary and Valene were again excluded from the Ewing family... lol

The clips of Jock (Jim Davis) are really emotional. He was the one in charge of the family and it is a shame he died. What a brilliant actor, he always kept JR and Bobby in line. Rest in peace Jim and Barbara.
