Snake's in a Drain

An unexpected visitor disrupts filming at a building in China. I'm no expert but a little Googling makes me think it may be a banded red snake... Anyone know any better?

because we only had one snake, the way to parody the film title is to say "snake is in a drain" - hence the apostrophe!
