I did a little more research, and I did get the date wrong, but it wasn't the year though. This was a Nov. 9th game between the Rockets and Grizzlies in 2004. The announcer mentioned Jimmy Jackson in the vid, and his last season with the Rockets was the 04-05 season. Juwon Howard was also a part of that squad. I corrected the date in the description.
