This is a great fat loss workout if you don't have a lot of time, or no access to a gym. It takes just 10 minutes and since it's high intensity, you'll be burning calories for several hours after the workout - this will help you lose belly fat.
Instructions:
There are 4 exercises. Perform each one for 60 seconds, then 45 seconds, then 30 seconds, and finally 15 seconds. Clock never stops. Total time: 10 minutes.
The Exercises:
Mountain Jumper - Push Ups
Step Jumps (if you can't do these, replace with Squats or Squat Jumps)
Plank Jacks
Jumping Lunges
Hi hi! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my cousin got really defined Six pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.
