Try John Walkenbachs Excel 2010 Bible for a very technical, comprehensive book. Also take a look at Ron Person's Balanced Scorecards and Operational Dashboards with Microsoft Excel that focusses both on technical aspects as well as what makes a good dashboard. Both have CDs that contain examples that you can work through.

This is an excellent dashboard and i am interested to learn this.Please advice me how can I get familiar with these techniques. If you have any book or tutorial which make me able to do like this or at least 60% of this then I am willing to purchase.
