Hey Guys,

Here's me doing a single rep Karlsen Squat (hack squat in reverse) with 400 lbs (8 45 lb plates and the sled is 40 lbs)!

  • not alot but it actually helps a little.. but a great exercise, did about 450lb without the sled included easy. so technic an so on, then you actually can ad a lot of weight in this :)

  • no belt or anything.. think with a little training I do 520-530 easy :-)

  • I did 490lbs easy the first time I tried it. at 200lbs bodyweight.. GOOD trainin, and can be used when you do tyreflip :-)

  • most people just call them "reverse hacks"...
