not alot but it actually helps a little.. but a great exercise, did about 450lb without the sled included easy. so technic an so on, then you actually can ad a lot of weight in this :)

no belt or anything.. think with a little training I do 520-530 easy :-)

I did 490lbs easy the first time I tried it. at 200lbs bodyweight.. GOOD trainin, and can be used when you do tyreflip :-)

Thanks for the comments fububrian! That's really good weight @ 200 lb bodyweight! Awesome videos you have as well! Great job my friend! Do these really help you a lot with tyre flipping?
