"this is it" was the last film made by the trio before their split in 2008. It's taken over 12 months to edit due to the misplacement of one of the tapes. Thankfully the tape was found 8 months later.
The script was written by Jefferson Hall (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2131630/) and acted by both Jefferson and Oliver Gilbert (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2763100/). It was directed by Andrew Shire (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2762308/) and is the only Three Tears Films in which I do not appear.
This is the most tragic/comedy Three Tears Films have made to date. I say this because with its great comic timing all the jokes being underplayed give it a real feel of a fly on the wall documentary but the tragedy derives from the portrayal of a young actors life. Major highs, but major lows.
This is my favourite Three Tears Film as its a great swan song to go out on.
