"Not Foolish 2" by Green Grapes

"Not Foolish 2" is a PC demo that came third at the Spring Break '99 demo party. It was developed by the Green Grapes, specifically Beek (Chris J. Hampton), Pfister (Jim Crawford), cd (Brian Wickman), Prodos (James Farwell) and zsazS (Ian Scott).
