~Description~
From the moment that Mick introduced Josef to Haley, he knew he was in love.
But he also knew that they could never be together because she was human and he was a vampire. Haley feels the same attraction to Josef as he does to her and persistantly tries to get together with him. Trying to resist temptation, Josef continuously pushes Haley away, being rude and hurtful.
Finally she asks him why he won't just turn her so that they can be together since she thinks he won't be with her because she will die someday. Josef shows Sarah to Haley and tells her that is why they can't be together.
Later Josef breaks into Haley's apartment and is waiting for her in her room when she gets home. She asks hime why he's there and he tells her he's sorry for everything and then leaves.
Haley then goes to Josef's place and tells him that he could have just explained things from the beginning. She then gets frustrated when he starts giving her the cold shoulder again.
While eating after hooking up with a freshie, Josef remembers when Haley snuck into his place after a different hook up with a freshie and they made out on his bed.
Haley gets hit by a car and ends up in a coma. Josef goes to the hospital with Mick to visit her. He tells her that he loves her and that if she wakes up, he promises that they can be together. Haley then wakes up.
Later Josef is taking care of Haley at her apartment and she asks him when he's going to change her. He tells her that he's not going to and they get into a big fight. Haley tearfully telling him to leave, thinking that he's going back on his word and doesn't want to be with her.
Josef comes back later and tells Haley that they will be together, but he doesn't want to try and change her yet for fear of her ending up like Sarah. Haley accepts this response happily, knowing that someday he will change her and they will always be together.
