need to add i measure roasted urid flour for 8 measures rice flour.just riceflour will fall apart.

Hi Uncle, i tried this today but my dough was falling apart (i got rice flour from indian store here) so added little maida but the result was still yummyyyyyyy. thanks, looking forward to new recipes. do u know how to make methi (fenugreek seeds) rassam or curry ?

rice flour is not very sticky and may require a little maida to make it " behave " as you discovered.. and yes they are very tasty .. and i have posted one type of a rasam and a yengai curry already, will post some more in future .. thanks for commenting, glad you enjoyed it cheers :-)
