Let me know what I can do to improve my aero position.

I am 5'10'' at 170bs. 58cm FELT B2 (2005). 100mm stem. Profile Design T2 wing and aerobars. 172.5mm FSA Energy crankset.

  • your hips movement is quite a lot! you want to try and get ur seat forward a little and your areo pads could do with being a tad lower witch would flaten your back out !

    lol but keep ur head up, scoot back a little more, and when in a set speed lean over a LITTLE more. otherwise very good
