This is Battlefield 3 streaming maxed out at 1366*768 resolution on my recently upgraded-with-HD5670 gaming rig. I have additionally enabled 16XAF yet disabled any AA due to the potential hit on frame-rates. My PC SPECS are:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 @2.66 Ghz
ASUS Radeon HD 5670 1GB GDDR3
Kingston 2GB DDR2-667 Mhz RAM
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

P.S: As the FPS counter at the top left corner of the screen denotes, the game is playable at a decent speed on the aforementioned graphical settings. It is also to be noted that the game is running in DirectX11 mode with the default level of tessellation turned on from the ATI Catalyst Control Center.

  • dude, whats the different Win7 32bit w/ 64bit? which is better for gaming?

  • The micro-architecture. Err, 64-bit is supposedly more efficient at handling large amounts of data. Expect a game like Crysis to load faster. That said, there MIGHT be compatibility problems with real OLD games. I guess, unless you are having 4Gigs or more of RAM, there is no pressing obligation to go x64 and if you so prefer it that way, you can stick to good ole' 32-bit :)

  • @apu889 64 bit is how the operating system processes imormation, and you want 64 bit for gaming

  • 64-bit for all save for the most medieval of apps :)

  • Im about to get a PC with that graphics card, Intel Core i7 3.4Ghz 4Gb RAM (2x2Gb) and Windows 7 Home Prenium 64-bit.

Can i play Battlefield 3, CoD MW3 or anyways NEW games on max?

  • Yes. That would hold true for most games.

  • so now i know this is fake because i haver the same graphics card and the rest of my specs are better, also i maxed it out and turned of aa but still the lag is unbearable

  • Glad to know that my graphics card can do this, I think I will play maxed out for personal enjoyment and record at high

  • With ease. Turning off MSAA would be advisable, nonetheless :)
