Although you can't see your bones, they are still a really important part of you and you need to look after them to make sure that they stay healthy and strong for the whole of your life. As you get older your bones become weaker and you are more likely to fracture your bones if you fall. By eating healthily and exercising regularly from childhood onwards, you can help to protect your bones. This film is aimed at everybody who thinks bones are worth taking care of.
