If this asshole stays in office it is a pretty sad reflection upon the state of Texas. 83% of US shrimp and 56% of US oysters come from the gulf. Additionaly toxic chemicals are being dumped by BP to make the oil sink to the bottom of the ocean. Not to mention the chemical detergents that will be used on the beach sand. I am amazed how many people want to put their head in the sand and act like this has not happened. It is real and Americans will suffer.

If it was up to the Republican's philosophy it would be accept the risk and allow BP to get Chapter 11, then let the "weakend limb" fall away which will end up amounting to the entire gulf boardering states. They can not deny this and if they try they are lying so they can get your daughters hand in marriage or some other malfecent power grab
