Sssoooo frigging true.... OMG!!! at my hospital it's not the color of the folks but their age n drug use that gets them all confused!!! Urrrgghhh and then they take off the necklace... Drop the damn thing and now I'm in the floor with a flashlight cuz their hand or pocket has a damn hole in it!!!

wow thankgod radiographers don't need to get patient histories. They take x-rays that get requested by DOCTORS, who generally know a shit load more than them. get off your high horse and do your fucking job instead of thinking you know more than the docs about what study has been requested. check the name and dob, then take the picture. you don't have the education or training to be checking if the appropriate study has been requested. and I say this as someone who has been a radiographer

@n5057094 Actually, at my facility we are required to take their history. Also, at every facility I have ever worked at this has been required. My current facility even requires us to fill out a form for the radiologist so they know the patient's history pertaining to that exam and we send that over on PACS with the images. But what do I know? I am just a dumb x-ray tech. Also, you didn't pay much attention to the video, did you? Clearly you did not understand what it was about.
