I was having some problems with my Macbook Pros' screen. I had some material stuck inside the LCD. I called AppleCare up and they sent me a return box. My computer was gone for only 3 days!!! AppleCare A++.

  • Is it the same for iPod Touch? How do I contact them if I need repair or replacement?

  • Call Apple support. Their number is on their website. It should be the same for iPods.

  • cool video kyle!

  • Do you get to keep the extra pieces of styrofoam that you took out? That 3rd party RAM is probably what screwed up your monitor.

  • Yeah their stores are very nice. They are almost a pice of art. I like it because you can actually try ALL of their products.

  • lol I took a 2 hour bus ride yesterday to check one out.... It was very satisfying haha.

  • Yeah I am sure you can sent an iMac. I just wish I had an Apple store in my area :(

  • No problem, do you know if you send it the same way (bigger box though) if you have to send in an iMac or anything?

  • The problem wasn't that big of a deal... it was just the display. It did suck not having it for a couple of days though :( When you de-authorize your music your computer isn't able to play purchased songs. They have you do this incase your HD dies when they have it. Thanks for the comment bud.
