Since being featured on YouTube's front page (and the craziness that's ensued) I've been searching for a way of sincerely thanking everyone that's been in touch and subscribed, or commented. I can genuinely state that I've been touched by the depth of feeling some people have expressed and, though I've said it a million times, it really makes writing songs worthwhile - an inspiration.

I wrote this song on the first day in my new house; perhaps to many a joyous occasion. My better half had requested I write a happy song for a change and I guess this was my response...

I hope you enjoy .. this goes out to all those who supported, all those who inspired, all those who encouraged and even the haters who taught me to quickly grow a thick skin and play the game.

I've kept the mix as stripped down as possible, as I didn't want a complex arrangement to interfere with the simple sound and subtext. Criticism, constructive advice welcomed as ever...

Really great song... has a really great natural vibe that is subtle, but full of passion... I can hear the emotional struggle coming across in the vocal line... would love to get some feedback on some originals I've been toying with...
