Excellent video! You really are spot on when involving kids in the process and making it fun. There's a fun book for parents that need to bring fun into their food routines with little ones called 1.2.3 Lunch from starbound storybooks dot come that's thrilling for kids. Mars made of cheese and macaroni to mars!!! Good job.

@Helenelalala I think it was probably a combination of media & mom (me). I never "pushed" food of any type, but I always made a wide variety available. My dad was a chef and we were offered all types of food growing up, and I'm a firm believer in trying something before you decide you do/don't like it, so I offered meat as an option until they'd try it and make their own decision to "like" it or not.
