@CheckMate657879 Some part of my posting got cut off I think. All I can say is I lived in San Pablo back in the late 50s-early 60s, got most of my records at Art's Record Shop at 6th and MacDonald. Remember that place? He let you play em to hear em! Listened to KDIA. If you heard it, Art usually had it! Happy New Year to you too.

Thanks for responding. But I found out welecome to the club was by Little Milton, not Bobby bland. But they definitely sound alike on this song anyway.

@croxtethslim - Lee sings 'You're Welcome to the Club' - Nat King Cole does a version of 'Welcome to the Club'.....two different tracks - don't know the BB version. Saw BBB at the Albert Hall with Van Morrison. Van just sat down on stage and said 'I'll let the Man take over'....Van was like a star struck teenager...priceless. Bobby had the audience spellbound - fab!
